Fate: Sunk 7 March, 1945 in St George“s Channel, West Wales in position 52.19N, 05.23W, by depth charges from the Canadian frigates HMCS. La Hulloise, Strathadam and Thetford Mines. 48 dead (all hands lost).
Notes: 4th and 11th Flottille had a total of 189 U-boats from May 1942 to May 1945.
