Minas Gerais Induction Booklets.  The first, was issued to all crew members boarding the ship and the second was for distinguished guests, visiting the ship.

'Sic Semper Tyrannis' is the Brazilian Air Force's 1st Embarked Aviation Group (1º Grupo de Aviação Embarcada, 1º GAE)

Minas Gerais (Brazilian Air Force) Insignia. The hooks and numbers indicates the number of landings on board the ship. The hook and plane badges indicates carrier qualification, blue aircraft for day and black aircraft for night qualification.
